1.【在留資格認定証明書交付申請】
■手続きの対象者
　日本に入国を希望する外国人
（短期滞在を目的とする人を除きます。）
■申請期間
　日本に入国する前に申請
■申請代行費用
　10,0000円～（代行費用）

【Application for Certificate of Eligibility】
■Subjects of the procedure
Foreigners who wish to enter Japan
 (excluding those who intend to stay in Japan for a short period of time)
■Application period
Application must be made before entering Japan.
■Application agency fee
10,0000 yen (agency fee)

2.【在留期間更新申請】
■手続きの対象者
　現在の在留資格の活動を継続しようとする外国人 
■申請期間
　在留期間の満了する日以前
（6か月以上の在留期間を有する者にあっては在留期間の満了する概ね3か月前から）
■申請代行費用
　50,000円～（代行費用）+6,000円（申請手数料）
　※申請手数料は入国管理局への支払い。

【Application for Extension of Period of Stay 】
■Subjects of the procedure
Foreigners who wish to continue the activities of their current status of residence
■Application period
before the expiration date of the period of stay
(from approximately 3 months before the expiration date for those who have been in Japan for more than 6 months)
■Application agency fee
50,000 yen (agency fee) + 6,000 yen (application fee)
*The application fee is the fee to the Immigration Bureau.

3.【在留資格変更許可申請】
■手続きの対象者
　現在の在留資格の変更を受けようとする外国人
（永住者の在留資格への変更を希望する場合を除く。）
■申請期間
　在留資格の変更の事由が生じたときから在留期間満了日以前 
■申請代行費用
　110,000円～（代行費用）+6,000円（申請手数料）
　※申請手数料は入国管理局への支払い。 

【Application for permission to change status of residence】
■Subjects of the procedure
Foreigners who wish to change their current status of residence
(except for those who wish to change their status of residence to that of permanent resident)
■Application period
From the occurrence of the reason for change of status of residence to before the expiration date of the period of stay.
■Application agency fee
110,000 yen (agency fee) + 6,000 yen (application fee)
*The application fee is the fee to be paid to the Immigration Bureau.
